What you need<br />
-3 large egg whites<br />
-30grams of casein protein. I use vanilla from optimum nutrition<br />
-1tspn nutmeg<br />
-1tspn cinnamon<br />
-2 packs of Stevia (natural sweetener)<br />
-1tbsp raw almond butter<br />

DIRECTIONS<br />
-preheat oven 375<br />
-mix egg whites and casein powder first, then add everything else.<br />
-baked for 15mins then let it cool for a couple minutes before eating.<br />
