This is a great tasting Casein protein recipe. Taste like sweet bread
What you need
-3 large egg whites
-30grams of casein protein. I use vanilla from optimum nutrition
-1tspn nutmeg
-1tspn cinnamon
-2 packs of Stevia (natural sweetener)
-1tbsp raw almond butter
DIRECTIONS
-preheat oven 375
-mix egg whites and casein powder first, then add everything else.
-baked for 15mins then let it cool for a couple minutes before eating.
Casein protein is a slow digesting protein. I eat this 30mins before bed. It helps reserve muscle while you sleep.
